Last Day on Loch Ness

A quiet day for Kaelyn and I, walking along the loch, drawing, packing, while Jordan went to the gym and did a little shopping on his own.

I love how the clouds are so low against the hills surrounding the loch. It inspired me to draw, sitting on the porch this morning with a cup of tea beside me on the bench. A blissful morning it was.

Down to Dores for dinner, but a lesson in skipping stones first.

The view from the end of the loch is stunning. I could look at it all day.

It’s a little dark, but here are my traveling companions. I love them!

Train to Edinburgh tomorrow and staying there for the night. I’m sad to be leaving my beloved Scotland, but I’m also looking forward to going home too.

Wow! Looks like an amazing time! The pictures are gorgeous and cannot possibly do justice to seeing Scotland’s beauty in person. Thanks for sharing and letting us live vicariously through you!
