Where are you going?

Resting is underrated in our culture, sadly. A lot has been written about the benefits though, so, I’m going to walk on over to that bench and rest in the garden today. I’m going to inhale the scent of the fringe tree, watch the birds in the feeder and let go of the to-do list.

As within, so without

Always, always, what we have been thinking is what we become. Just as the water reflects the world around it, our life reflects our dominant thoughts. Sometimes there is a surprise, a gem, a brightness in the mundanity. That’s the jewel of your heart.

The moon is a waxing crescent in Cancer this morning, and the world is waxing too. Bursting forth, She proclaims her glorious presence.

it’s never too much

The same tree, a different view, but after a long cold winter I can’t spend enough time around this beauty. Love, love, love, all you need is love.

pink wins

Every spring—azalea, bleeding heart, magnolia……showering us with pink!

a late afternoon walk reveals the beauty of the light upon this earth……is there anything better?

the same

whatever color we are on the outside, we are all growing the same on the inside, unfolding into this precious moment, bit by bit…..

rising star….eastern star….a star is born….a starring role…..a star is naturally uplifting and beautiful. this star magnolia is the first beauty in the garden, every year, its light aroma wafting on spring breezes. can I be out side too many hours?

in the dark

The world is gestating in darkness and the regeneration of new life is evident

A few moments of silence produces a single-pointed focus.
