Ordinary

IMG_5092

We are all special. And……none of us is special, we are all the same. Honeysuckle blooming is spectacular, and the rest of the time it’s pretty ordinary. Nature has created beauty everywhere, you just have to be watching for it.

Lucky

IMG_5050My Aunt Jan always said there was no such thing as luck, that it was about being in the right place at the right time. Coincidence? I don’t believe in coincidence either. So, what’s it all about Alfie? Awareness! Noticing, and then noticing what you notice. Drink it in and let the beauty, and the light, and the damage, all of it, let it touch you and resonate with every one of your cells. And then let it go so you can make space for the next moment of your life.

Stillness

IMG_5032

It’s a gift to be still.

Nevermind the admonitions, just do it…..and enjoy.

Pretty in Pink

IMG_5029The yard is pink at this moment.

Pink bleeding heart and magnolia, crabapple and azalea, cherry and  lilacs. I am overwhelmed with glorious fresh pink! Pink and green are the colors of the heart, and I am in love, love, LOVE!

Raindance

IMG_5008

Every morning I honor the directions and proclaim that ‘this’ is the best day of my life. Even in the rain. In fact, this morning it was a raindance to the deep knowing of perfection in my heart.
